Epic Fail or Ultimate Victory? VLOG-style

The radio interview yesterday morning was for an area that's pretty far away from me, so the conversation took place over the phone.  Want to know how it REALLY went?
Here's my side of the story--I try acting calm and collected--too bad THE TRUTH IS OUT!

  1. Some friends parked outside our house one morning to walk their kid to the elementary school. When they went back to their car, both of my kids were standing naked in the picture window, dancing on the back of the couch.

  2. Hahahahaha! Glad to hear I'm not the only one who retreats to the car (or a locked bathroom) for important calls.

I would call that an epic win, especially that you were able to finish the interview without either cracking up or freaking out. :)

  3. Hahahahaha...I'm glad it went well, but you're right, kids get naked and do ridiculous stuff right when you reeeeeeeally don't want them too. Butch got naked and ran around his Grandma's yesterday...yep, the only naked kid out of them all. I'm so proud. *tear*

  9. Who was the famous author? Don't tease me like that -- bringing up a famous author and then not telling me who it was. Next time you have a phone interview I'll show up at your house and run around the van half naked. I bet I'll be even funnier than the Zombie Elf.

    Love,
    Janie

  11. So it's not acceptable to have your kids run around naked. Damn. Maybe that's why DCF has been sniffing around again...

On a totally different note... I was hoping to get a copy of Senack for Youngest's classroom. He's really enjoying it, but it's on my kindle. I was thinking it would make a great end of the year gift for his teacher for her classroom, and was hoping you could sign a hard copy (to her and or her class) and send it to me. Of course, I'll send you the money for the book, including shipping... email me... julianna.survivingboys@gmail.com If it's not Okay, that's fine. I'll order one from amazon anyway. Oh, and there's no rush, since they are looping this teacher to the next grade with him. :)
